Stabilengineering-Alpha offers technological equipment for dairies processing up to 1000L of milk per day. The equipment is made of stainless steel and according to the requirements for the production of small quantities of dairy products: cheese, white salted cheese and sour milk.
Our equipment with applications in small dairies allows different ways of combining elements to create production lines for sour milk, white salted cheese, cheese, curd cheese, fresh pasteurized milk and more.
The main milk processing facilities are a multi-purpose container and a cheese vat-cart. The container is used as a volumetric pasteuriser, with hot water being fed into its coil, which is along the bottom and shell. The following technological processes are realized in it: heating, stirring, holding, cooling, souring, baking, cutting. The vat is made on wheels for easy handling and transportation. It is equipped with a pressing device, which is easily removed in case it is not used. The vat is used for cheese pressing and chederisation.
