Laser cutting machine
Laser cutting is a standard technology for cutting and machining various materials – stainless, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including tubes and profiles, with nitrogen or oxygen. The machine operates with a state-of-the-art Fiber laser, resulting in high workpiece precision, and the nesting software that the configuration features groups and optimizes workpiece placement on the material for maximum utilization and minimal waste.
In addition to our short quotation time, the availability of stainless steel sheets and profiles in stock further shortens the lead times for the fabrication of the parts, and the manufactured products do not require any additional processing.

Hydraulic abkant with CNC control
The hydraulic abkant press has a capacity of 135 tonnes, a working length of 3050 mm and a column spacing of 2600 mm. Control is via CNC on 3 axes (Y1, Y2, X) and the machine has a graphical touch screen display and bend simulation. Standard equipment on the press includes a motorized rear block stop with supports and height adjustability, a WILA manual anti-deformation system in the lower table to compensate for bending and a EURO tool clamping system. It features high bend accuracy and repeatability.

4 Shaft Sheet Bending Machine
The 4- shaft sheet bending machine is used to bend metal sheets and plates into cylindrical shells, cones or other complex shapes. This type of machine offers a high degree of control over the bending process, and the ability to perform pre-bends and finishing bends refines form accuracy, reduces machining time and increases productivity.

3-Roll Profile Bending Machine
The 3-roll profile bending machine is used for bending different types, sections and sizes of profiles and tubes – solid and rolled (square, round, flat, rectangular, etc.) into different oval shapes – circles, arcs and coils. The machine is equipped with state-of-the-art control system technology, ensuring maximum accuracy and repeatability when bending tubes and profiles into the desired shape.

Hydraulic Guillotine with CNC Control
The hydraulic guillotine is fast and very accurate and requires no maintenance. It has built-in easy-to-use CNC control and a D-Touch 7 inch Touchscreen with central blade spacing adjustment. The guillotine works with 2 built-in cutting edges for the upper blade and 4 cutting edges for the lower blade, all with hardened and ground blades. It cuts a variety of materials including non-metal.
The hydraulic guillotine offers a solution for economical, very precise and highly efficient cutting of sheet material of various thicknesses into simple geometric shapes.

Machine for flanging of sheet material
The sheet material flanging machine is used to form round and conical bottoms with different angle (Vietnamese cap type) used in the manufacture of tanks, tank wagon, containers (tanks) and other type of equipment. This type of machine efficiently combines the cutting and flanging (edge bending) processes of sheet material into one operation, which optimizes the production process and reduces the lead time of components. The flanging performed greatly assists the subsequent connection of the bottom to the vessel or reservoir shell.

Specialized Welding Equipment
Stabilengineering-Alpha can offer both manual and automated welding of metal parts. The company has high quality equipment for welding stainless, non-ferrous and ferrous steels – sheet welding, welding column with rotator for welding round seams, automatic orbital pipe welding apparatus, etc. Our team is composed of qualified welders who are trained and certified according to the regulatory requirements. - Sheet welding machine for automatic welding of longitudinal butt seams up to 2000 mm long. It is used in joining stainless steel sheets of any length and thickness up to 5 mm, as well as shells of any diameter up to 5 mm.
- Welding column with rotator for circular butt welds with working heights up to 2000 mm. It is used for welding shell with shell or shell with bottom/lid during the fabrication of vessels.
- Apparatus for automatic orbital WIG welding of stainless tubes up to DM 250 diameter. The machines are equipped with oximeters to ensure the protective argon environment during the welding cycle, and the controllers are capable of generating a unique protocol for each weld and recording the process parameters.
- Manual WIG and MIG/MAG Welding - Offers a solution for any welding task that arises, guided by welding procedures developed in conjunction with a certified International Welding Engineer (IWE).
