Technological Design
At Stabilengineering-Alpha OOD we have a team of highly qualified engineers in all areas of specific equipment manufacturing – designers, planners and technologists. Our specialists have years of experience in designing custom solutions for each client’s manufacturing facility. Constructing with 2D and 3D Design
In addition to a highly skilled team that develops your project, we also have advanced software that can provide quality and detailed 2D and 3D visualizations of the equipment we design. In this way, the client has the opportunity to actually see what their facility will look like and assess how it could be best installed.
Production
We manufacture innovative, functional and durable high-grade stainless steel equipment that aims to support our customers’ production.
Our products are strictly individual – according to the customer’s specifications and production needs. This obliges us to be flexible and creative in the design and extremely sensitive to the quality of the final product. We ensure that the customer receives state-of-the-art equipment according to industry-specific standards and requirements.
Supply and installation of technological equipment and pipelines
Our team of experienced fitters, sheetmetal workers and welders travel regularly to different parts of the country to meet with our customers and ensure quality delivery and installation of the equipment we manufacture including positioning, assembly and levelling of the equipment. An essential part of our work is also the construction and installation of various types of water pipes and air ducts, and we offer this service independently.
An Installation Manager is always on hand to ensure quality workmanship at every step of the process, and when necessary we also provide the presence of an electrician and even the project engineer.
Warranty and after-warranty service
We know how important it is for manufacturing plants to operate without interruption. That’s why our team of specialists is at your service when you need repairs or preventive maintenance of your equipment.
We offer a 12-month warranty on each of our products, and in the event of a need, we will visit you on-site in a timely manner to diagnose and fix a problem on your machinery.
