A cheese maker is a specific equipment for use in dairy plants in the production of cheese. It is used for the curdling and curd processing processes. Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures cheese makers in stainless steel, with different litres and according to the specifics of each production.
The cheese maker is a type of technological equipment with application in dairy processing plants processing more than 2000L of milk per day. It is used in the following processes of cheese production: cutting the coagulum, mixing the mixture of cheese grains and whey, baking the curd.
The cheese-maker is a vertical cylindrical vessel with a flat sloping bottom and an outlet tap for draining the mixture of whey and cheese grains. Its construction prevents the formation of cheese dust. The temperature of the product is automatically controlled and the stirring mechanism prevents the formation of stagnant zones during cutting and stirring.
The vessel is equipped with a water jacket on the shell and bottom, as well as stone wool insulation and welded plating. As an addition, we offer a hot water preparation station, which minimizes product tanning when heated.
