Stabiliengineering-Alpha offers design, manufacture, supply and installation of equipment of various types and functionalities for use in the production of chocolate, cocoa or sugar products. We construct our machines in stainless steel, according to the customer’s specifications and the production process for which they will be used: tempering, melting, stirring, dosing, filtering, storage, transport or other.

The production of confectionery with chocolate, cocoa or sugar occupies an important part of the food industry, but this industry also has its peculiarities. Cocoa and other fats must be melted carefully, and chocolate can easily burn if not tempered and stirred precisely.
The team at Stabiliengineering-Alpha has extensive experience in the manufacture of various equipment and process vessels for this industry, and we also offer complete installation of piping, fittings and dispensing systems. Our equipment meets all regulatory requirements for food contact and includes:
