Stabilengineering-Alpha designs and manufactures stainless steel storage tanks for liquid products with a volume of 50L to 60 m³ (60,000L). Tanks can be for indoor or outdoor installation and are equipped with additional equipment according to their specific purpose. They are used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
Storage vessels are vertical or horizontal cylindrical vessels whose main purpose is to store products such as fresh milk, fats, water, liquid raw materials, chemical and other solutions.
According to the processes carried out in them, the tanks are equipped with: hatch, washing head, air vent, level indicator, thermometer, observation glass, inlet and outlet, control panel, system for registration of monitored parameters, etc. When it is necessary to stir or homogenize the product, a stirrer of suitable construction (propeller, turbine, anchor, frame, etc.) and rotating speed (constant or variable) is installed. When heating or cooling of the product is required, a coil is installed on the surrounding surface and/or bottom of the tank into which a heat or cold carrier is fed. In this case, suitable insulation and lining shall also be placed along the shell and/or bottom of the vessel.
