Water purification units are used in the production lines of pharmaceutical plants where the requirements for equipment hygiene and product composition are extremely stringent. Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures such units according to the customer’s needs and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures the necessary equipment for storage and transportation of purified water – undergoing reverse osmosis. This water is used for cleaning equipment and as an ingredient in products of pharmaceutical and some cosmetic companies.
The purified water unit consists of: hopper (buffer tank) for storage of osmotic water, circulation pump with inverter control, shell-and-tube cooler, dosing system with chemical disinfectant, UV lamp, hygiene sensors, etc.
Each element of the system is selected and manufactured according to the needs of production. Purified water is circulated continuously to ensure no stagnation and its temperature is maintained at 15⁰C -20⁰C. The pipelines in the system are internally milled to a roughness of 0.4 µm. Welding is done by machine, and a protocol with parameters for each weld is recorded.
