Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures, according to the customer’s specifications, vacuum evaporation plants of various volumes, designed to evaporate a certain amount of moisture from a product at low temperature in order to preserve its organoleptic qualities. Vacuum evaporators are widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures vacuum evaporators from 75L to 2000L, which evaporate moisture from a product at low temperature so that its useful properties are preserved. Vacuum evaporators are used to concentrate products such as: juices, whole or skimmed milk, whey, starches, vegetable purees, jams, etc.
The installation consists of: vacuum evaporator, dew condenser, vacuum pump, sampling device, additive inlet and electrical control panel.
The vacuum evaporator is a vertical cylindrical vessel equipped with a slow-speed anchor agitator with Teflon scrapers and frequency speed control. On the lid are mounted: hatch, vapour outlet to condenser, inlet for additives and sampler, thermoprobe and manovacoumeter. On the bottom there is a ball valve for product outlet.
