Stableengineering-Alpha manufactures and installs tankers for vehicles, our focus is the production of tankers for the transportation of fresh milk They are designed and manufactured according to the chassis of the vehicle, and can have one or more sections for product storage.
A tank truck is a horizontal cylindrical tank that is mounted on a vehicle. Fresh milk tank trucks are made with one or more sections, each with a standard volume of 1 m³ (1000L). Each section is equipped with a hatch with deaerator, a cylindrical washing head, a milk inlet pipeline and a washing solution pipeline. The milk outlet is common to all sections.
The tank truck can be with or without a milk receiving station – a milk receiving line that is mounted in a special cabinet placed on a service ramp. It consists of a self-priming pump, a roughing filter, a deaerator, a flow meter and pipe connections. An electrical panel can also be fitted.
The tanker trucks have thick rock wool insulation and stainless steel cladding to ensure product storage for up to 24 hours in the event of a vehicle breakdown.
