Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures a wide variety of stainless steel utensils with applications in the food industry. The tarator mixers we offer are made according to the customer’s specifications in terms of litreage and additional specifics.
The stirrer is a vertical cylindrical container with a flat bottom, a semi-openable large lid and an outlet for the finished product. Made entirely of stainless steel.
The heart of the tarator mixers is their paddle stirrer, which is at a slight 5-10° angle to the vertical of the container. This ensures both a quality whisking of the milk for the tarator, but also preserves the texture of the cucumber pieces. The stirrer of the tarator container is driven by a gear motor with manual start and stop. If necessary, level gauges can be added to monitor the product level in the container.
