Reactors are complex facilities in which many different processes can take place, depending on the product they are used to produce. They are manufactured according to individual customer specifications and are used in the chemical, cosmetic, food and biotechnology industries.
Depending on the reactor design and equipment, the following processes can be carried out: mixing, stirring, evaporation, homogenization, heating, cooling, standing, filtration, fermentation, etc.
Each of these processes can be precisely monitored by a measuring device as well as being automated. Typically, a complete system is built around the reactor with additional facilities depending on the product technology. The reactors are designed and constructed entirely to the customer’s specifications. They can be vertical or horizontal vessels, with different types of top and bottom and with the option of hermetic closure. They are fitted with a heat exchange structure for heating and/or cooling, as well as one or more types of stirring mechanism (propeller, spiral belt, anchor, turbine or other type of stirrer with frequency control).
