Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures and installs fresh milk receiving lines, which are installed either at the entrance of dairy plants or in a special cabinet on the frame of milk trucks. The facilities are made of stainless steel and according to customer specifications.
Milk reception stations are lines for the reception of fresh milk, the complete system consists of: filter, self-priming pump, deaerator, flow meter, piping and fittings and control panel.
Depending on their application, milk reception stations can be of two types. In one case, they are mounted in a special cabinet on milk trucks (tank trucks) and are used to receive and measure milk as it is purchased from milk stations on dairy farms. In the second case, the station is stationary and installed at the entrance of the dairy production plant.
A modification of the station can also be used for the reception and measurement of other liquids, food or non-food, included in complete lines. The measuring instrument of the station can be connected to the complete system of the plant for recording and archiving the control data.
