Dispensing machines are used for dispensing liquid, cream and powder products in various types of packaging: jars, plastic boxes, bags, etc. They are used in various industries and depending on their specific application they dispense product from 100 ml to tens of kilograms.
Dosing systems come in different types depending on the product to be dosed and the needs of the customer. They are used in the food, cosmetic, chemical and some pharmaceutical industries.
Volumetric dispensing systems are used to fill or refill packaging with liquid and cream products in small volumes (over 100ml). They have a hopper from which, via a pneumatic cylinder, the product is pulled and pushed to one or more dosing heads. The dosage is manually adjustable and the dosing heads are fitted with an anti-opening valve for added protection.
Weight-based dispensers are used to fill bags of bulk powder products: flour, sugar, washing powder, plant protection, etc. The product moves along an outfeed screw and weight sensors are mounted on the cone hopper. When the required weight is reached, the screw stops and the product is poured into a bag through a valve. Another option for dispensing barrels on a weighing basis is via a floor scale on a platform.
