Belt conveyors (conveyors) ensure a continuous flow of products in production lines. Stabilengineering-Alpha designs and constructs belt conveyors with different lengths, widths and type of conveyor belts. Our conveyors are manufactured to customer specifications and according to their target throughput.
Stabilengineering-Alpha develops and manufactures belt conveyors with stainless steel construction and additional elements tailored to the requirements in the specific production.
We supply conveyor belts from industry leader Habasit. The type of belt (usually rubber-textile or metal) depends on the specific application and the type of product being conveyed. The conveyors can be of any size and configuration from the driveshaft and intermediate shafts. Belt guides can be adjusted up-down and outward-inward according to the shape of the products. The belt conveyors are driven by a motor-gearbox, and the start/stop of the belt and the speed are controlled from an electrical panel.
The performance of each conveyor is determined by its: speed, width and belt length.
