Stabiliengineering-Alpha offers design, fabrication and installation of custom equipment for storing, mixing and transporting nuts and coffee. We manufacture our equipment in stainless steel, according to the customer’s specifications, according to the technology of the production process for which they will be used, and according to the regulations for handling food products.
Process equipment for processing and packaging of nuts and coffee
Coffee and nuts are widely consumed products around the world and their popularity continues to grow. When processing them, the following processes are often carried out: roasting, baking, drying, flavouring or others.
For this industry Stabiliengineering-Alpha offers the following service equipment to the main facilities:
- Cooling tunnel with exhaust fans
- Melter for melting solid or semi-solid fats
- Mixer for preparation of salting solution for nuts
- Feed (buffer) hopper with a device for closing and adjusting the outlet against unauthorized pouring/leakage of material, and with a vibrating device to prevent the hopper from vaulting, as well as the option of installing sensors for reading the upper and lower level of the hopper.
- Transport systems: belt, screw or Z-elevators for transferring products at height and without injuring them
- Deposit vessels that can be filled with or without water jacket, insulation and lining
