Bee Honey
Stabilengineering-Alpha offers complex equipment for honey processing, which allows to simultaneously preserve the useful properties of the product, and the processes of melting, tempering, filtering, homogenizing and packaging the honey are carried out qualitatively and precisely. We manufacture all equipment in stainless steel and according to customer specifications in terms of volume and technical characteristics.
Technological equipment for honey processing
Honey is a specific product to process as it crystallizes easily and its heating for liquefaction must be carried out precisely to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
Our honey processing equipment follows the best technologies in the sector and complies with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation.
The vat for honey decrystallisation is placed in a thermostatic chamber where the product is blown with warm air or heated with a water jacket for 12-24 hours. From there, the molten honey is transferred by means of a pump, filter and heated pipeline to a homogenizer tank where its organoleptic qualities are homogenized.
Stabilengineering-Alpha offers the following specialized equipment for honey processing:
- Vat-decrystallisers for slow melting of honey stored in tins or barrels
- Thermostatic chamber with specific dimensions to create and maintain an optimal air temperature (up to 75°C)
- Filter systems with 2 pcs of filtering units with different permeability for mechanical filtration of honey and removal of contaminants
- Facilities for homogenisation, deaeration and storage of the honey batch
- Facilities for homogenisation, deaeration and storage of the honey batch
- Dosing machines, heated piping and fittings
