Стабилинженеринг-Алфа изработва вакуумхомогенизатори за индустриални цели и по задание на клиента. Този вид съоръжения се използват при производството на кремообразни продукти като: конфитюри, захарни сиропи и глазури, сосове, лютеница, айвар, кьопоолу, мокри салати с парченца и козметични кремове.
Стабилинженеринг-Алфа изработва различни обеми вакуумхомогенизиращи апарати. Стандартната инсталация се състои от процесен съд – вакуумхомогенизатор и/или вакуумохладител, монтиран на носеща рама с обслужваща площадка. Към нея може да има различен по брой и обем мобилни съдове за добавки (10L, 40L, 100L, 150L и други). Процесните съдове имат сходна комплектовка, като могат да се добавят: котвени бъркачки с тефлонови обирачи; дисолверни бъркачки, окачени на горните капаци; въртящи миещи глави; наблюдателни стъкла с осветление, люкове, пробовземачи и вакуумпомпи. На корпуса се намират входове за добавки и кранове за дренаж.
