Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures various types of tubs for industrial applications. Our focus is the production of cheese vats with customer-specific dimensions and applications, both in small and medium-sized dairies as well as in large dairies.
Industrial vats are used in a variety of industries, but are an important piece of equipment in food processing plants and in particular in cheese and curd production.
Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures tubs of all sizes from: volume, length, width, depth, height and inclination. The tubs can be fixed to the ground or on wheels for easy transport. They are equipped with a tap for easy draining.
We construct both large cheese tubs and small ones with a capacity of 250 litres. The so-called press trolleys are used in the production of white salted cheese and yellow cheese, with which the following processes are carried out: curdling, cutting, draining, pressing, salting/cheddarising and transporting the product. The beam with the pressing screw is necessary for the smooth adjustment of the whey draining pressure in the case of cheese production, but is dismantled in the case of white cheese production.
