Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures compact laboratory and industrial mixers for paints and solutions for use in the chemical and other industries. Laboratory mixers are used in the development of new recipes and colours, while industrial mixers are used in the industrial production of the final product.
Mixers for paints and solutions are used to obtain a homogeneous mixture when mixing base, pigment and additives in different types of paints: latex paint, oil paint, auto paint, furniture paint, etc.
Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures paint stirrers to customer specifications and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with all parts in contact with the product being made of stainless steel. The shaft and the dissolver disc, which carry out the stirring, are driven by an electric motor. In addition to rotating at adjustable speeds, they also move up and down to mix the fluid over the entire height of the vessel.
