Stabilengineering-Alpha manufactures a wide variety of industrial dough mixers with applications in the food industry. This type of mixers is constructed according to the customer’s elevations and the specifics of the dough to be mixed.
Industrial dough mixers are widely used in the preparation of dough products such as: bread, muffins, pizza dough, cookies, etc. They are made of stainless steel and according to customer requirements.
Depending on the specifics of the product, the mixers can have a vertical or horizontal cylindrical vessel. It is possible to place a water jacket on the shell for heating or cooling the product, insulation and riveted lining. Various sensors can be installed if necessary, an inlet for raw materials can be fitted, and one or more hatches for monitoring, cleaning and manual addition of ingredients.
At Stabilengineering-Alpha we have produced a vertical vessel with three different agitators that rotate simultaneously on their axis. In the horizontal dough mixers, we place a slow-speed spiral-belt agitator.
