Технологично оборудване за преработка и опаковане на ядки и кафе
Кафето и ядките са широко консумирани продукти по цял свят и популярността им продължава да нараства. При преработка им често се извършват процеси на: пържене, печене, сушене, овкусяване или друго.
За тази индустрия Стабилинженеринг-Алфа предлага следното обслужващо оборудване към основните съоръжения:
- Охлаждащ тунел със смукателни вентилатори
- Топилка за разтопяване на твърди или полутвърди мазнини
- Миксер за подготовка на осоляващ разтвор за ядки
- Захранващ (буферен) бункер с монтирано устройство за затваряне и регулиране на отвора против нерегламентирано изсипване/изтичане на материал, и с вибриращо устройство, предпазващо бункера от засводяване, както и опция за монтаж на датчици за отчитане на горно и долно ниво на съда
- Транспортни системи: лентови, шнекови или Z-образни елеватори за пренос на продуктите във височина и без тяхното нараняване
- Депозитни съдове, които могат да се изпълнят със или без водна риза, изолация и обшивка
