Process equipment for biotechnology and pharmacy
The biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries are among the industries with the highest requirements for hygiene and product safety. Many technological processes are complex and require extreme precision.
The team at Stabiliengineering-Alpha has extensive experience in manufacturing equipment for these industries. Our design engineers develop water distribution system designs in accordance with current national regulations and following Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines for drug manufacturing. Our team also implements piping in accordance with ASME BPE Bioprocessing equipment. Upon customer request for installation of the pharmaceutical water systems, we provide accompanying documentation to the welding procedures.
The technological equipment we offer includes:
- Bioreactors and fermentors for the production in controlled environments of products with living organisms in their composition
- Reactors for mixing water-alcohol solutions
- Tanks and process vessels for storage, mixing or other purposes
- Pharmaceutical water systems (purified, injection or other)
- Stainless steel air ducts
- Auxiliary equipment: Work tables and worktops, conveying systems, etc.
